BLACK EYED PEAS singer FERGIE has slammed reports she’s engaged to her actor boyfriend JOSH DUHAMEL.

Fergie, real name STACY FERGUSON, began dating the WIN A DATE WITH TAD HAMILTON! star, 32, in October (04), only weeks after Duhamel split from his model fiancee KRISTY PIERCE.

America’s Star magazine recently claimed Duhamel proposed to Fergie in Philadelphia, where she had been performing at the Live 8 poverty awareness gig.

She fumes, “No, no, no. I’m not engaged. That’s all a rumour it’s crazy. I can entirely dismiss that right now.

“I’m not engaged – there’s no time to have a wedding right now.”

Meanwhile the BLACK EYED PEAS beauty has slammed American shock jock HOWARD STERN fordeclaring she can’t sing on a radio show.

The WHERE IS THE LOVE? singer was thrilled when she and her bandmates landedan opportunity to perform at this year’s (05) American football finale theSuper Bowl.

But she was horrified when she learned that Stern had nothing too flatteringto say about her voice.

She tells Blender magazine, “After Super Bowl, Hoard Stern said, ‘Well, she looks great. It doesn’t matter that she can’t sing.’

“And I’m thinking, ‘Is he f**king kidding me?’ My voice – that’s the one thing that I cherish. That hurt my feelings.” – FemaleFirst
